This ministry is dedicated to the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Unlike many of the ministries that preach an all-inclusive message, you will most definitely not find that doctrine within the teachings offered on this site. There are those among us who love darkness and therefore are incapable of coming to the light (John 3:19). However, there are those of us who love truth and are therefore drawn into the light (John 3:21). When considering these truths spoken of Jesus, we can now understand that the cross of Christ was the ultimate uncovering of the children of light and the children of darkness (John 3:16), as opposed to a free for all declaration. The apostle John tells us that this is the last time and as we have heard that the antichrist shall come, even now there are many antichrists amongst us (1John 2:18). Furthermore, the apostle tells us that these antichrists or counterfeit beings went out from among us so that they would be made manifest that they are not of us (1John 2:19). Not many Christians will argue the fact that the antichrist is the offspring of Satan, and therefore destined for the lake of fire along with his father (Rev 19:20; 20:10). Yet, we continue to cling to a message of choice taught today that the salvation of Christ is open to all. As I mentioned, the apostle John says there are many antichrists in the world with us today and as a result these individuals will suffer the same fate as their father (John 8:43-47). Therefore, unlike the choice doctrine taught by so many, eternal salvation is not the work of man and therefore not attainable by mere deductive reasoning. So, if we do not obtain salvation through our choice to believe, how is salvation obtained?
1Peter 1:23 says that we are “born again not of corruptible seed but of incorruptible.” The truth behind the choice for Christ is hidden within the child of God. Unlike what we have been lead to believe, a child of God is not a child of God by choice but by birth. However, I am not speaking of the birth that is supposedly obtained by you asking Jesus into your life. The birth I am referring to is being born of the Spirit from the womb of your mother. Paul teaches us that we are as Isaac was, born of promise and therefore born of the Spirit (Gal 4:28, 29). In other words, like Isaac, we owe our natural birth to the promise of God and for that reason we are children of Christ from the womb. It is because we are born of God from the womb that we received by inheritance, the substance of faith that enables us to understand and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ (Heb 11:1-3).
No, child of God, you are not saved because of your choice, you chose because of the inheritance of faith within that caused you to respond (Listen to Audio What is Faith?). Notice, when faith is rightly understood as an inheritance, we can understand the reason there is no room for boasting (Eph 2:8). When faith is understood as an inheritance, we have no basis to say that we did our part in the salvation process (Rom 3:28). When faith is understood as an inheritance, salvation is according to God’s will and His good pleasure (Eph 1:9).
Within this site you will find teachings that expound upon the foundational truths briefly explained in the information presented above. Child of God, however God has chosen for you to discover this ministry, know this, it is He who works in you both to will and do His good pleasure (Phil 2:13). So, as you discover what he brought you here for, take it and be blessed!
